Launched in 2009, this annual award recognizes outstanding excellence in research and practice contributed to the field of biochemical engineering by a young community member. Award winners receive a cash prize of 2,500 U.S. Dollars. The 2024 Young Investigator Award will be received at the ECCE 15 & ECAB 8. The winner will give a brief presentation. This award is sponsored by The Biochemical Engineering Journal/ELSEVIER.
There will be 4 poster prizes each €250 for contributions in the area of Biotechnology sponsored by The Biochemical Engineering Journal/ELSEVIER and 4 poster prizes each €250 for contributions in the area of Chemical Engineering sponsored by ACS.
